Leaving the H-E-B, simply head East onto Indian Dr for just a few hundred feet, Passing the H-E-B Fuel on your left before taking a right onto N Hwy 77, continuing for just under a mile. Pass the KFC and Home Depot before approaching the Chipotle Mexican Grill within the Waxahachie Towne Center on your right, where you will take a right, passing the Marble Slab Creamery on the north side of the building. Meet Dr. Rahul Joshi
Dr. Rahul Joshi was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His background in dentistry started very early as both of his parents are also practicing dentists. He studied and received his B.S. in Biological Sciences degree at University of Pacific in Stockton, California. Dr. Joshi continued with University of Pacific in San Francisco to earn his D.D.S. degree.
Since graduating, Dr. Joshi has had extensive experience in both the pediatric and surgical aspects of dentistry. Dr. Joshi has also been on mission trips around the world including locations like Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic to provide needed dental services for the impoverished of the area.
Meet Dr. Steven Blackburn
Dr. Blackburn earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry graduating first in his class. After practicing for three years as a general dentist, he entered the orthodontic residency program at the University of Detroit Mercy earning both a M.S and a certificate in orthodontics.
Dr. Blackburn’s first interest in orthodontics began after being so impressed with the smile transformation achieved by his orthodontist as a teenager. He wants his patients to enjoy their time in treatment and wants them to be happy and confident with their new smile at the end of treatment.
Meet Dr. Chris Shin
Dr. Chris Shin grew up in Dallas and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at The University of North Texas. He went on to attend the Texas A&M College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. When not helping families with dentistry, Dr. Chris Shin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include golf, exercise, traveling and cooking.
Dr. Shin chose to study dentistry to provide quality healthcare service to others. He participated in several dental volunteer programs and mission trips to Guatemala & Jamaica. Dr. Shin strives to make everyone’s dental visit to be an enjoyable outing and help them to understand the importance of oral health. He has a passion for sharing his dental knowledge and skills with the community. His main goal as a dentist it to provide quality care and to help everyone have a positive dental experience.
